Research on the Construction Technology of Cast-in-place Connection Parts of Massive Prefabricated Building Concrete
In the construction design of cast-in-place connection parts of large mass prefabricated buildings,design requirements,construction technology,formwork size and quality requirements should be considered.While welding the conversion layer reinforcement,it is necessary to calculate the retaining width of the concrete cast-in-place connection part to ensure the construction quality and efficiency.In order to realize the setting of the composite floor board and the installation of the sandwich insulation wall board,the construction technology and practical operation factors need to be considered.The test results show that the highest tensile strength value of the joint part is 41MPa,which is far greater than the construction standard,indicating that the joint part of the cast-in-place concrete of large-volume prefabricated buildings has good construction technology and has strong practicability.
