城市轨道交通保护区范围内桩基础施工技术研究

文中针对桩基础施工对周围环境的影响,进行了城市轨道交通保护区范围内桩基础施工技术研究.从勘察、设计和设备准备三个方面进行针对性设计,在钻孔施工阶段,精确定位测量后,对钻进参数进行适应性控制;在内护筒施工阶段,振动固定内护筒后灌注混凝土.结果显示,15.0 m处的沉降幅度控制在10.0 mm范围内,60.0 m处沉降幅度稳定在5.0 mm以下,105.0 m处的沉降幅度可忽略不计.该技术有效保障了城市轨道交通保护区的安全.
Research on the Construction Control Technology of Pile Foundation in the Urban Rail Transit Protection Area
In response to the impact of pile foundation construction on the surrounding environment,this article makes research on pile foundation construction technology within the scope of urban rail transit protection.Targeted design is carried out through three aspects:survey,design,and equipment preparation;During the drilling construction phase,after precise positioning and measurement,adaptive control of drilling parameters is carried out;During the construction phase of the inner casing,concrete is poured after vibration fixation of the inner casing.The test results show that the settlement amplitude at 15.0 m is controlled within the range of 10.0 mm,the settlement amplitude at 60.0 m is stable below 5.0 mm,and the settlement amplitude at 105.0 m can be ignored.This technology effectively ensures the safety of urban rail transit protected areas.
