为研究高速公路SMA改性沥青混合料老化特性,文中以某高速公路工程为例,结合环境情况以及公路施工需求,选择胶粉/SMA复合改性沥青作为沥青材料,结合优质石灰岩矿料、橡胶粉以及表面活性剂等材料,制备骨架密实型AC-20 的试件样本,并对其高温性能、动态模量、疲劳寿命进行试验.结果显示,在不同温度下,试件的动稳定度均在 5 525 次/mm以上;试件在20、40℃两种温度下,动态模量的结果分别在4 500、1 500 MPa以上;试件的疲劳寿命均在3 856 000次以上,满足技术应用标准.
Analysis of Aging Characteristics of Expressway Asphalt Mixture
In order to study the aging characteristics of expressway SMA modified asphalt mixture,taking an expressway project as an example,combined with environmental conditions and highway construction requirements,rubber powder/SMA composite modified asphalt was selected as asphalt material,combined with high-quality limestone minerals,rubber powder and surfactants,etc.,to prepare skeleton compact AC-20 specimen samples.The high temperature performance,dynamic modulus and fatigue life were tested.The results show that the dynamic stability of the specimens is above 5 525 times/mm at different temperatures,and the dynamic modulus of the specimens is above 4 500 MPa and 1 500 MPa at 20℃and 40℃respectively.The fatigue life of the specimens is more than 3 856 000 times,which meets the technical application standard.
