结构设计选型对地下室工程造价的影响研究

摘要
文中主要围绕不同荷载及覆土厚度对不同类型地下室楼盖造价的影响进行量化分析.结果表明,人防荷载和机房荷载条件下,单位面积大板无次梁总工程费用最低;车库荷载条件下,单向次梁总工程费用最低;所有荷载条件下,单位面积十字次梁总工程费用最高;所有类型地下室楼盖总工程费用,随覆土厚度的增加呈现先增加后稳定再增加的趋势;当覆土厚度低于 2 m时,大板无次梁总工程费用最低;当覆土厚度超过2 m时,十字次梁总工程费用最低.
Abstract
This paper mainly analyzes the cost of different types of basement floor with different load and soil cover thickness.The results show that the total engineering cost of large slab without secondary beam per unit area is the lowest under the conditions of civil defense load and machine room load.Under the loading condition of garage,the total engineering cost of one-way secondary beam is the lowest.Under all load conditions,the total engineering cost per unit area is the highest.The total engineering cost of all types of basement floors increases first,then stabilizes and then increases with the increase of soil cover thickness.When the thickness of soil cover is less than 2mm,the total engineering cost of large-plate non-secondary beam is the lowest.When the covering thickness is more than 2mm,the total engineering cost of the cross beam is the lowest.
