基于DEMATEL的财政投资项目工程结算评审争议影响因素研究

摘要
财政投资评审机构在开展竣工结算评审过程中,可能与建设单位、施工单位产生诸多争议,对评审质效产生很大影响.文中从合同条款约定、合同价款调整及工程量计量三个方面出发,对引发竣工结算评审争议的因素进行识别,利用DEMETAL模型得出引发争议的关键影响因素.针对关键影响因素,文中提出减少竣工结算评审争议发生的措施与建议,以期提高竣工结算评审质效.
Abstract
During the completion settlement review process,financial investment review agencies may have many disputes with construction units and construction units,which greatly affect the quality and efficiency of the review.Starting from the three aspects of contract terms,contract price adjustment,and engineering quantity measurement,the article identifies the factors that cause disputes in the completion settlement review,and uses the DEMETAL model to identify the key influencing factors that cause disputes.Regarding the key influencing factors,the article proposes measures and suggestions to reduce the occurrence of disputes in the completion settlement review,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the completion settlement review.
