摘要
文中提出了基于G1 法的建材采购风险控制模型,通过文献调研和专家走访的方式分别从外部风险和内部风险层面构建了建材采购风险指标体系,采用G1 法计算指标权重,并以肯尼亚D329 公路项目建材采购为例进行实证分析,结果与实际情况基本一致,并结合风险指标体系给出了相应策略和建议,以期为实际工程提供参考.
Abstract
This paper proposed a building materials procurement risk control model based on the G1 method.Firstly,through literature research and expert visits,the external and internal risks of building materials procurement were constructed to establish a risk index system.Then,the G1 method is used to calculate the index weights.An empirical analysis was conducted using the example of building materials procurement for the Kenya D329 highway project,and the results were generally consistent with the actual situation.Finally,in combination with the risk index system,corresponding strategies and suggestions were provided,in order to provide some reference value in practical engineering projects.
