设防烈度对框架-剪力墙结构工程造价的影响分析

摘要
文中开展了不同设防烈度下框架-剪力墙材料用量及经济成本研究.结果表明,设防烈度每增加 1 度,框架-剪力墙结构工程材料费用增加2 272 120元,人工费用增加195 000元,机械设备费用增加458 776元,总造价增加2 925 896.5元,单位面积造价增加290.2元/m2,占房屋售价的1.75%.
Abstract
In this paper,the material usage and economic cost of frame-shear wall under different fortification intensities are studied.The results show that with the increase of fortification intensity by 1 degree,the cost of engineering materials used in frame-shear wall structure increases by 2272120 yuan,the cost of labor increases by 195000 yuan,the cost of machinery and equipment increases by 458776 yuan,the total cost increases by 2925896.5 yuan,and the cost per unit area increases by 290.2 yuan.For each level of fortification intensity increase,the additional unit area cost of the frame-shear wall structure only accounts for 1.75%of the selling price.
