超声波透射法桩基检测技术在建筑工程领域的应用分析

文中以某新建住宅小区的128#灌注桩为研究对象,采用超声波透射法对桩身完整性进行检测,利用声速法和波幅法对测试数据进行分析,综合判定桩身完整性.分析结果显示,128#灌注桩在距桩底6.0、6.25 m处发生轻微离析,判定其为Ⅱ类桩.研究显示,利用超声波透射法对桩身完整性进行检测具有无损、高效、精确等优点.
Abstract
Taking the 128#cast-in-place pile in a newly built residential community as the research object,the integrity of the pile body was tested using ultrasonic transmission method.The test data was analyzed and the integrity of the pile body was comprehensively judged using sound velocity method and wave amplitude method.The analysis results show that the 128#cast-in-place pile has slight segregation at a dis-tance of 6.0 m and 6.25 m from the pile bottom,and is classified as a Class II pile.Research has shown that using ultrasonic transmission method to detect the integrity of pile body has advantages such as non-destructive,efficient,and accurate testing.
