Study on Influence of Fly Ash and Silica Fume on Impact Resistance of Recycled Coarse Aggregate Concrete
In order to investigate the impact of recycled concrete with different regenerated coarse aggregate substitution rates, the effects of fly ash and silica fume on the impact of recycled coarse aggregate concrete were studied. The experimental results show that the impact resistance of concrete gradually decreases during the process of increasing the replacement rate of recycled aggregate. The addition of silica fume is condu-cive to enhancing the impact resistance of concrete, while the addition of fly ash will have an adverse effect on it.Under the condition of mixed fly ash and silica fume, the impact on the impact resistance of concrete is also different. When 5%silica fume and 15%fly ash are selected, the recycled concrete has good abrasion resistance, which is higher than the reference concrete.
