聚丙烯纤维增强水泥基复合材料的基本力学性能研究

文中通过对聚丙烯纤维(PP)增强水泥基复合材料的抗压、抗折试验发现,PP纤维的加入可以改变复合材料破坏模式,提升复合材料的抗压、抗折性能,使水泥基体由原来的脆性破坏转变为延性破坏.当PP纤维掺量为2%时,FRCC-2.0 具有抗压、抗折强度最优值,分别为81.67 MPa和11.47 MPa.
Study on Basic Mechanical Properties of Polypropylene Fiber Reinforced Cement-based Composites
Through the compressive and flexural tests of polypropylene fibre(PP)reinforced cementitious composites,it was found that the ad-dition of PP fibres can change the composite hair damage mode,improve the compressive and flexural properties of the composites,and change the cement matrix from brittle damage to ductile damage.When the dosage of PP fibre is 2%,FRCC-2.0 has the optimum values of compres-sive and flexural strengths,which are 81.67 MPa and 11.47 MPa,respectively.
