废橡胶改性沥青制备工艺优化及性能研究

摘要
文中就不同剪切速率、剪切时间、剪切温度和发育时间对橡胶改性沥青性能的影响展开研究.通过针入度、软化点、延度和黏度的试验结果,确定废橡胶改性沥青最佳制备工艺.结果表明,制备工艺对针入度和黏度的影响较小,对软化点和延度的影响显著.最佳工艺制备时,剪切速率为4 500 r/min、剪切时间为60 min、剪切温度为175℃、发育时间为60 min.
Abstract
In order to optimize the preparation process of waste rubber modified asphalt,the effects of shearing rate,shearing time,shearing temperature and development time on the properties of rubber modified asphalt were studied in this paper.The optimum preparation technology of waste rubber modified asphalt was determined by the test results of penetration,softening point,ductility and viscosity.The results show that the preparation technology has little influence on the penetration and viscosity of the needle,but has significant influence on the softening point and ductility.The optimum process was determined as 4 500 r/min shear rate,60 min shear time,175℃shear temperature and 60 min growth time.
