橡胶改性沥青混合料路用性能研究

为探究橡胶改性沥青混合料与传统沥青混合料的路用性能差异,文中选用 70 号基质沥青、SBS改性沥青和橡胶改性沥青进行不同类型沥青混合料(AC13、AC16 和AC20)对比分析.结果表明,橡胶改性沥青PG高低温性能相对于SBS改性沥青均提高了一个等级,SBS改性沥青PG低温等级与70 号基质沥青相同,但高温等级提高了两个等级.不同级配类型沥青混合料的水稳定性和低温性能均为AC13<AC16<AC20,高温稳定性为AC20>AC16>AC13.其中,以橡胶改性沥青混合料的路用性能最佳.
Study on Road Performance of Rubber Modified Asphalt Mixture
To explore the differences in road performance between rubber modified asphalt mixture and traditional asphalt mixture,in this pa-per,70 base asphalt,SBS modified asphalt,and rubber modified asphalt were selected for comparative analysis of different asphalt mixture types(AC13,AC16 and AC20).The results show that the high and low temperature grade of rubber modified asphalt PG is improved by one grade compared with SBS modified asphalt.The low temperature grade of SBS modified asphalt PG is the same as that of No.70 matrix as-phalt,but the high temperature grade is improved by two grades.The water stability and low temperature performance of different types of as-phalt mixture are AC13<AC16<AC20,high temperature stability are AC20>AC16>AC13.Among them,rubber modified asphalt mixture has the best road performance.
