Analysis of Mechanical Properties of Reinforced Concrete Frame Columns Under Different Coaxial Forces
In order to analyze the mechanical response of reinforced concrete frame column joints when an earthquake is coming, the finite ele-ment method is used to analyze the influence of different coaxial forces on the mechanical properties of reinforced concrete frame columns. The results show that the time-history response curves of node displacement and simulated displacement are relatively consistent, which confirms the accuracy of the model. The hysteresis curves of reinforced concrete frame column joints are relatively full. When the axial force is increased from 5 kN to 20 kN,the reduction rate of dissipative energy coefficient of steel-reinforced concrete frame column is about 0.015,for each 1 kN increase in axial force, the yield load and limit load decrease 2.27 kN,2.33 kN,respectively, and the reduction rate of ductility coefficient is about 0.005 3.The above research provides a reasonable method for the improvement of reinforced concrete frame column.
