膨胀结晶法裂缝填充技术分析与评价

摘要
文中通过面积修复率和超声脉冲速度法评价了西卡膨胀结晶自修复剂的修复效果.试验结果表明,膨胀结晶自修复剂作用下生成的修复产物有效填充了裂缝区,提升了水泥砂浆内部的密实度,该膨胀结晶自修复剂的修复产物主要有Mg(OH)2 和CaCO3.
Abstract
In this paper,the repair effect of Sika′s expanded crystalline self-repairing agent was evaluated by area repair rate and ultrasonic pulse velocity method.The test results showed that the repair products generated under the action of the expansion crystallization self-repairing agent effectively filled the cracked area and improved the internal densification of the cement mortar.The repair products of this expansion crys-tallization self-repairing agent mainly included Mg(OH)2 and CaCO3.
