Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of High-strength Sheet-concrete Composite Shear Walls
In this paper, the mechanical properties and seismic performance of high strength steel sheet concrete composite shear walls are studied. The results show that the load-displacement curve and load-strain curve of high-strength sheet-concrete composite shear wall include elastic stage,elastic-plastic stage and failure stage. With the decrease of axial compression ratio, the peak load, vertex lateral shift, ultimate displacement and corresponding horizontal load increase continuously. The peak load and ultimate strain of steel plate increase continuously.the end of skeleton curve of shear wall does not appear to decline. The equivalent viscous damping coefficient of the specimen decreases contin-uously,and its energy dissipation capacity decreases. The stiffness degradation curves of the three axial compression ratio shear walls are basi-cally the same, showing a bell shape. With the increase of the lateral displacement of the vertex, the stiffness of the shear wall decreases rapid-ly at first and then steadily and slowly.
