公路隧道大变形控制及合理支护现场试验研究

为解决隧道变形控制不足问题,文中采用掌子面超前支护方法进行超前钻孔段以及超前导洞段的试验测试,以确定最佳支护方案.结果表明,与对比段相比,超前钻孔段稳定阶段的水平收敛量降低了29.5%,拱顶沉降量降低了72.6%,右拱腰位置的钢架应力降低了17.8%,围岩应力降低了40.1%;超前导洞段稳定阶段的水平收敛量降低了34.2%,拱顶沉降量降低了82.3%,右拱腰位置的钢架应力降低了34.6%,隧道围岩应力降低了72.7%.综合所有监测数值,超前导洞支护方案下隧道变形控制效果及承载性能控制效果最好,故本工程适合采用超前导洞方案中的支护方案以控制公路隧道的变形控制.
Field Test Study on Large Deformation Control and Reasonable Support Form of Highway Tunnel
In order to solve the problem of insufficient control of tunnel deformation,this paper uses the method of advanced support of the face to carry out the test of advanced drilling section and advanced guide section to determine the best support scheme.The results show that,com-pared with the comparison section,the horizontal convergence in the stability stage of the advanced drilling section is reduced by 29.5%,the arch settlement is reduced by 72.6%,the steel frame stress at the right arch waistline is reduced by 17.8%,and the surrounding rock stress is reduced by 40.1%.The horizontal convergence of the leading tunnel section is reduced by 34.2%,the settlement of the arch roof is re-duced by 82.3%,the stress of the steel frame at the right arch waist is reduced by 34.6%,and the stress of the tunnel surrounding rock is re-duced by 72.7%.According to all the monitoring values,the deformation control effect and bearing performance control effect of tunnel under the advance guide tunnel support scheme are the best,so this project is suitable to use the support scheme in the advance guide tunnel scheme to control the deformation control of highway tunnel.
