特种高黏改性沥青制备工艺研究

摘要
文中通过对高黏改性沥青用原材料进行选择并对制备工艺进行研究,以制备适用于透水沥青路面及超薄磨耗层的特种高黏改性沥青.研究表明,采用SBS与高黏剂复合改性制备的特种高黏改性沥青黏结性能及综合性能更优异.SBS改性剂及高黏剂的加入均能提升沥青材料的高温性能和黏弹性;高黏剂在一定掺量范围内能提升沥青低温抗疲劳开裂能力,过高则降低.
Abstract
The article selects raw materials for high viscosity modified asphalt and studies the preparation process to prepare special high vis-cosity modified asphalt suitable for permeable asphalt pavement and ultra-thin wear layer.The study found that the special high viscosity modi-fied asphalt prepared by composite modification of SBS and high viscosity agent has better bonding performance and comprehensive perform-ance.Both SBS modifier and high viscosity agent can enhance the high-temperature performance and viscoelasticity of asphalt materials.High viscosity agents can enhance the low-temperature fatigue cracking resistance of asphalt within a certain dosage range,but if it is too high,it will decrease.
