摘要

为提升热再生沥青路面性能,实现回收材料的高效利用,文中以某公路工程为例,先分析原材料选用,提出不同RAP掺量及确定最佳沥青用量,然后进行车辙、小梁弯曲试验,分析厂拌热再生沥青混合料的路用性能变化.结果表明,随RAP掺量的增加,厂拌热再生沥青混合料高、低温性能变化明显.

Abstract

In order to improve the performance of hot recycled asphalt pavement and achieve efficient utilization of recycled materials,this arti-cle takes a certain highway project as an example.Firstly,the selection of raw materials is analyzed,different RAP dosages are proposed,and the optimal asphalt dosage is determined.Then,rutting and small beam bending tests are conducted to analyze the changes in road performance of factory mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture.The results show that with the increase of RAP content,the high and low temperature perform-ance of the plant mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture changes significantly.
