大跨径隧道衬砌设计及开挖施工技术研究

文中以贵州省某隧道工程为例,对大跨径隧道衬砌设计及开挖施工技术进行分析,并对隧道工程周边变形、拱顶沉降及围岩压力进行监测.结果表明,隧道开挖工程的水平收敛量为21 mm,隧道的围岩压力水平值稳定在 1.67 MPa,隧道拱顶沉降量稳定在31.2 mm,所有的监测数据均未超过设计方案中的预警值.本工程采用的衬砌设计及开挖施工技术具有良好的施工效果,复合衬砌以及超前支护的大跨径隧道工程设计方案市场应用场景良好.
Research on Lining Design and Excavation Construction Technology of Long-span Tunnel
Taking a tunnel project in Guizhou Province as an example,this paper analyzes the lining design and excavation construction tech-nology of a long-span tunnel,and monitors the deformation around the tunnel project,arch settlement and surrounding rock pressure.The re-sults show that the horizontal convergence of the tunnel excavation project is 21 mm,the pressure level of the surrounding rock of the tunnel is stable at 1.67 MPa,and the settlement of the tunnel vault is stable at 31.2 mm.All the monitoring data do not exceed the warning value in the design scheme.The lining design and excavation construction technology adopted in the project have good construction effect.The large span tunnel engineering design scheme with composite lining and advanced support has a good market application scenario.
