Research on the Design Method of Old Residential District Reconstruction Under the Background of Urban Renewal
The priority of the transformation content of the old residential area is one of the key links in the renewal and utilization of the old residential area,in order to explore the reasonable sequence arrangement of the reconstruction project of the old residential area,this paper a-dopts the method of questionnaire survey,combined with the theory of three factors,using asymmetric impact performance analysis technology,based on residents'satisfaction to determine the focus of the transformation of old residential areas and the sequence of projects.The results show that the transformation factors of the old community can be divided into five aspects:housing management,infrastructure,transportation,geographical location and living facilities transportation,in which traffic transformation has the highest priority,followed by infrastructure and residential management transformation.
