软土地基深基坑支护变形控制分析

文中以某新建商品房项目为例,对住宅建筑软土地基深基坑支护变形控制进行研究.结果表明,在坡脚处土体的变形量最大,累积深度为9.12~10.4 mm;实测挡土墙的最大位移为6.3 mm;坡顶建筑沉降监测最大值为6.1 mm,实际沉降值略大于数值分析结果,未超过监测的预警指标,建筑物水平位移最大值为4.3 mm,满足建筑物的支护变形控制要求.
Analysis on Deformation Control of Deep Foundation Pit Support on Soft Soil Foundation
This paper takes a new commercial housing project as an example to study the deformation control of deep foundation pit support on soft soil foundation of residential buildings.The results show that the soil deformation is the largest at the foot of slope,and the cumulative depth is 9.12~10.4mm.The maximum displacement of the measured retaining wall is 6.3mm.The maximum value of settlement monitoring for hilltop buildings is 6.1mm,and the actual settlement value is slightly larger than the numerical analysis results,which does not exceed the monitoring warning index.The maximum value of horizontal displacement of buildings is 4.3mm,which meets the requirements of building support deformation control.
