高速公路隧道突泥原因及处治技术分析

突泥是高速公路隧道施工及运营管理过程中危害最严重的地质灾害之一,严重影响隧道安全、施工进度和周边环境.文中结合靖永高速高头隧道右洞YK4+366 掌子面施工中出现的突泥事故,采用反压回填洞渣、喷射混凝土封闭掌子面、增设临时钢支撑、超前支护及洞内管棚等综合手段,安全有效地处理这一突发险情,保障了隧道软弱围岩下施工的正常进行,对类似的地下工程施工具有一定的借鉴意义.
Analysis of Causes and Treatment Techniques for Mud Inrush in Highway Tunnels
Mud burst is one of the most serious geological hazards in the construction and operation management of highway tunnels,affecting tunnel safety,construction progress,and surrounding environment.The article combines the mud inrush accident that occurred during the con-struction of the YK4+366 face in the right tunnel of the Gaotou Tunnel on the Jingyong Expressway.Comprehensive measures such as backfill-ing the tunnel slag,sealing the face with shotcrete,adding temporary steel support,advanced support,and tunnel pipe shed are adopted to safely and effectively deal with this sudden danger,ensuring the normal progress of construction under weak surrounding rock of the tunnel.This has certain reference significance for future underground engineering construction under similar conditions.
