邻近建筑物深基坑支护设计及变形影响分析

文中依托实际工程,基于数值仿真开展深基坑支护结构对邻近建筑物变形的影响分析.结果表明,基坑顶部的水平位移随着基坑开挖深度的增加而增加,基坑顶部的竖向位移随着基坑开挖深度的增加先缓慢增加后快速增加.基坑开挖导致的建筑物模拟值小于实测值,且所有建筑物的沉降值均小于变形控制指标值,证实了文中基坑支护设计方案安全稳定.
Support Design and Deformation Influence Analysis of Deep Foundation Pit of Adjacent Buildings
In order to ensure the construction safety of deep foundation pit of adjacent buildings,this paper relies on the actual project to carry out the deformation analysis of deep foundation pit supporting structure to adjacent buildings based on numerical simulation.The results show that the horizontal displacement of the top of the foundation pit increases with the increase of the excavation depth,and the vertical displace-ment of the top of the foundation pit increases slowly at first and then rapidly.The simulated value of the building caused by foundation pit ex-cavation is less than the measured value,and the settlement value of all the buildings is less than the deformation control index value,which confirms the safety and stability of the foundation pit support design scheme.
