文中以某职业院校综合实训交流中心为例,利用BIM技术进行预制装配式设计和施工,促使相关设计人员及管理人员明确BIM技术在高层装配式建筑中的应用流程.实践表明,应用BIM模型确定装配式方案、深化设计及构件制作,分析装配吊装过程中可能会出现的各类问题,不断优化施工方案,可提升安装质量和安全系数.
Application of BIM Technology in Prefabricated Frame Shear Wall Structure
This paper takes the comprehensive training exchange center of a vocational college as an example to carry out prefabricated design and construction by using BIM technology,so that relevant designers and managers can clarify the application process of BIM technology in high-rise prefabricated buildings.Practice shows that the BIM model is used to determine the assembly-type scheme,deepen the design and com-ponent production,analyze various problems that may occur in the process of assembly and hoisting,constantly optimize the construction scheme,and improve the installation quality and safety factor.
