特大桥钻孔灌注桩塌孔分析及处理措施

A特大桥桥墩基础采用了灌注桩结构,但其桩体上部的黏质黄土和细圆砾土的稳定性较差,下部由砂岩与泥岩互层组成,该类地层容易发生塌孔,给施工过程中的工程安全带来威胁.文中通过限制周边振动作业工序、增加护筒长度、增加泥浆比重、采用缓压慢提方式降低钻速、缩短工序时间等措施,有效地抑制塌孔现象的发生.

Special Bridge is A major infrastructure project in our country,the foundation of its bridge piers has adopted the structure of cast-in-situ piles.However,the stability of the clay loess and fine gravel soil in the upper part of the pile is poor,and the lower part is composed of sandstone and mudstone interlayer,which is easy to collapse holes,which poses A threat to the engineering safety in the construction process.In order to solve this problem,the hole collapse phenomenon can be effectively suppressed by limiting the peripheral vibration operation process,increasing the length of the casing,increasing the mud specific gravity,using slow pressure and slow lifting to reduce the drilling rate and shorten the working time.
