隧道软岩大跨段施工方案优化研究

特大断面软岩隧道施工易引发围岩失稳塌方,为降低施工风险,一般采取短进尺、弱爆破、多步开挖并加强支护的方式,但设计多偏于保守,不经济且延误工期.文中以渝湘高铁张家山隧道为背景,从工程投资和施工工期方面,综合分析了原 25m级大跨段双侧壁导坑法施工方案及其支护体系的优缺点,并结合工程类比,对原方案进行了优化设计,优化后的月进度为原方案的2 倍,可节约工期9.3 个月,该研究成果可为类似工程提供参考.
Study on Optimization of Construction Plan for Soft Rock Large Span Section of Tunnel
The construction of super large section soft rock tunnels is prone to causing instability and collapse of the surrounding rock.In order to reduce construction risks,short footage,weak blasting,multi-step excavation,and strengthened support are generally adopted in engineer-ing.However,the design tends to be conservative,which is uneconomically and delayed construction period.Based on the Zhangjiashan tun-nel,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the original 25 m long span double-sided wall heading method construction scheme and its support system from the aspects of engineering investment and construction period.Combined with engineering analogy,the original scheme is optimized and designed.The optimized monthly progress is twice that of the original scheme,which can save 9.3 months of construc-tion period.The research results can provide reference value for similar projects.
