既有建筑狭窄空间区域改造加固施工技术研究

文中结合某大型商场项目施工实践,对既有建筑狭窄空间区域改造加固施工技术进行分析,并监测其施工效果.结果表明,楼板的竖向位移和侧向位移均满足设计要求,加固后构件的抗变形能力提升了62.3%,验证了上述所用加固施工技术的可靠性.所采用的施工技术具有缩短施工周期、节约施工成本、使用性能良好的特性,为后期类似的改造加固工程提供一定参考.
Research on Reconstruction and Reinforcement Construction Technology of Narrow Space Area of Existing Buildings
In order to solve the problem of narrow space,combined with the construction practice of a large shopping mall project,the paper analyzes the reconstruction and reinforcement construction technology of the narrow space area of the existing building,and monitors the con-struction effect after construction.The results show that the vertical displacement and lateral displacement of the floor meet the design require-ments,and the deformation resistance of the member after the final reinforcement is increased by 62.3%,which confirms the reliability and ef-fectiveness of the above-mentioned strengthening construction technology.The construction technology adopted has the characteristics of short-ening construction period,saving construction cost and good performance,and provides a certain reference for similar reconstruction and rein-forcement projects in the future.
