不同结构体系及材料对超高层建筑结构造价成本的影响研究

文中以贵州省贵阳市某综合楼为例,就结构体系及结构材料对超高层建筑结构经济性的影响进行研究.结果表明,结构体系方面,框架核心筒的单方造价最低,为934 元/m2,筒中筒结构体系单方造价与之相比增加 39.8%,框筒结构体系单方造价与之相比增加53.7%.结构材料方面,普通钢筋混凝土单方造价最低,为1 187.2 元/m2,其次为型钢混凝土 1 481.4 元/m2,最高为钢管混凝土1 901.1 元/m2;综合考虑材料的力学性能及经济效益,型钢混凝土性价比较高.因此,最终确定结构体系为框架-核心筒结构体系,材料类型为型钢混凝土.
Study on the Influence of Different Structural Systems and Materials on the Structural Cost of Super Tall Buildings
This paper takes a complex building in Guiyang,Guizhou Province as an example to study the impact of structural system and struc-tural materials on the structural economy of super tall buildings.The results show that in terms of structural system,the single cost of the frame core tube is the lowest,934 yuan/m2,and the single cost of the tube-in-tube structure system increases by 39.8%.The single cost of frame-tube structure system increased by 53.7%.In terms of structural materials,the single cost of ordinary reinforced concrete is the lowest,1 187.2 yuan/m2,followed by shaped steel concrete,1 481.4 yuan/m2,and the highest is concrete-filled steel tube,1 901.1 yuan/m2.Con-sidering the mechanical properties and economic benefits of steel reinforced concrete,the property value of steel reinforced concrete is higher.Therefore,it is finally determined that the structural system is the frame-core tube structural system,and the material type is steel reinforced con-crete.
