Contract Risk Study of N14 National Highway Reconstruction Project in Cape Delgado Province
In order to scientifically and effectively evaluate the risk of international engineering project contract and improve the risk prevention ability of project contract,this paper firstly constructed an international engineering project contract risk index system composed of 4 first-level indexes and 16 second-level indexes based on literature research method.Secondly,COWA was used to assign value to the index,and COWA was combined with extension cloud model to construct the risk assessment model of international engineering project contract.Finally,the N14 national highway reconstruction project in Cabo Delgado Province was selected to analyze the applicability of the model.
