Analysis of the Influence of Prefabrication Scheme on the Cost of Prefabricated Shear Wall
In this paper,the economy of prefabricated shear wall and traditional shear wall is compared and analyzed,and the influence of pre-fabricated shear wall rate on the economic benefit of prefabricated shear wall structure is studied.The results show that the total cost of labor and equipment is lower than the total cost of traditional cast-in-place structure,and the cost of engineering and material is much higher than the total cost of traditional cast-in-place structure system,with an increase of 39%and 51%respectively.The total cost of reinforced concrete and precast concrete is higher than that of traditional cast-in-place structure,and the cost of cast-in-place components and masonry is lower than that of traditional cast-in-place structure system.For each 1%increase in prefabrication rate,the division engineering cost and material cost increased by 2.6 million yuan and 3.35 million yuan respectively.For every 1%increase in prefabrication rate,labor costs and equipment costs are reduced by 210,000 yuan and 29,000 yuan respectively.
