摘要
考虑到棚改项目面临多方面、不同阶段的风险影响,文中结合前期对棚改项目的风险识别研究,运用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法进行风险评估,构建风险评价矩阵和风险模糊矩阵,计算项目风险等级,得出主要风险因素,为后续有针对性地进行风险防范和应对奠定基础.
Abstract
With the vigorous promotion of shantytown reconstruction,considering the special political attributes of shantytown renovation pro-jects and the risks from many parties and different stages.Combined with the previous research on the risk identification of shantytown renova-tion projects,this paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct risk assessment re-search,and calculates the risk level of the project by constructing a risk assessment matrix and a risk fuzzy matrix,and obtains the main risk factors,which lays a foundation for subsequent targeted risk prevention and response.
