Project Schedule Management Based on Whole Process Dynamic Control
Progress control is a core element of project management.This article proposes a full process simulation technology and dynamic con-trol method for construction progress through examples.This dynamic control method for the entire process simulates and analyzes the impact of different processes on the progress of the entire engineering process by introducing a cyclic network model for each process in the critical path.Combine the hierarchical data structure to obtain real-time engineering progress data and develop targeted progress control plans.And feedback the control plan to the actual project for dynamic evaluation,while the progress control plan will constantly change with the construction process.Through real-time control,construction plans can be adjusted in a timely manner,reducing delays in construction progress and engi-neering risks,improving construction efficiency and quality to ensure timely completion of the project.The results indicate that adjusting the process to change the total time difference without increasing the cost can achieve progress advancement.
