摘要
文中研究了超声检测技术在钢箱梁焊缝检验中的应用,总结了钢箱梁顶板对接焊缝坡口形式和焊缝情况、探测条件选择、探头移动区确定等环节的检测要求,从扫查方式、缺陷定位、缺陷定量、缺陷定性等四个方面对超声检测技术展开分析,梳理了钢箱梁全熔透焊缝检测技术的应用过程,以期为超声检测技术的推广发展提供参考.
Abstract
The article focuses on the application of ultrasonic testing technology in the inspection of steel box girder welds,and summarizes in detail the testing requirements of the top plate butt weld of steel box girder in the aspects of groove form and weld condition,selection of detec-tion conditions,determination of probe movement area,etc.The ultrasonic testing technology is analyzed from four aspects:scanning method,defect positioning,quantitative defect,and qualitative defect,This article summarizes the application process of detection technology for full penetration welds in steel box girders,in order to provide effective reference for the promotion and development of ultrasonic detection technology.
