摘要
文中对无损探伤技术在厦门第二东通道钢结构桥梁检测中的应用进行分析,对比不同检测方法,确定缺陷大小及性质,创新采用超声相控阵技术对桥梁U肋变截面进行检测,并对厚薄板对接焊缝的超声波检测、顶板 U 肋焊缝的无损检测、钢箱梁顶底板与斜腹板的非 T 型熔透角焊缝无损检测、施工现场拼接焊缝检测、钢结构角焊缝包角部位外观检查,以及临时焊接点检测等存在的问题提出了解决方法,提高了缺陷检出率,为工程质量提供了保障.
Abstract
The article explores and analyzes the application of non-destructive testing technology in the detection of steel structure bridges in Xia-men Second East Passage,compares different detection methods,determines the size and properties of defects,and innovatively uses ultrasonic phased array technology to detect the variable cross-section of U-ribs in bridges;And solutions have been proposed for the problems existing in ultrasonic testing of thick and thin plate butt welds,non-destructive testing of top plate U-rib welds,non-destructive testing of non T-shaped fusion angle welds of steel box girder top and bottom plate and diagonal web plates,testing of splicing welds on construction sites,visual in-spection of corner wrapping parts of steel structure angle welds,and inspection of temporary welding points,improving the defect detection rate and providing assurance for engineering quality.
