硅灰对硫氧镁水泥力学性能和耐水性能的影响

文中以硫氧镁水泥为基料,柠檬酸钠为外加剂,硅灰为掺料,制备硫氧镁水泥试块,通过抗压强度和耐水性试验进行分析,表明基准配合比为水硫比0.9、氧硫比1.8、柠檬酸掺量1.2%、硅灰掺量为20%时,硫氧镁水泥力学性能最好.3 d抗压强度可达到43.2 MPa,7d可达到48.5 MPa,28 d可达到65.4 MPa.这是由于硅灰的掺入使得放热反应形成的内应力减小,同时生成粗大晶粒受到阻碍.耐水软化系数可达到0.83,填充料颗粒分散填充在水化体系的空隙中,提高了材料的密实度、稳定性和抗水性.
Effect of Silica Fume on Mechanical Properties and Water Resistance of Magnesia Cemen
To enhance the mechanical properties and water resistance of magnesium cement,this paper with magnesium cement as base materi-al,sodium citrate as admixture,silicon ash as admixture,preparation of cement test,through test analysis,shows that the reference ratio of oxygen to sulfur ratio 1.8,water sulfur ratio 0.9,citric acid content 1.2%,silica content 20%,sulfur magnesium cement compressive strength is the highest,3 d can reach 43.2 MPa,7 d can reach 48.5 MPa,28 d can reach 65.4 MPa,this is due to the incorporation of silica ash reduce the internal stress,and hinder the formation of coarse grain.The water softening coefficient can also reach 0.83.Because the filler particles are dispersed to fill the void of the hydration system,the material stability and water resistance are improved.
