不同掺量石粉及粉煤灰对碾压混凝土的性能影响研究

文中主要就矿物掺合料总量不变的情况下,对不同掺量石粉替代等比例粉煤灰的碾压混凝土强度性能进行试验分析.结果表明,石粉替代部分粉煤灰的碾压混凝土工作性能得到改善,碾压混凝土VC值表现出前期降低、后期增长的趋势;石粉和粉煤灰的掺量为28%+27%条件下,碾压混凝土工作性能最佳;粉煤灰和石粉复掺量为40%+15%条件下,碾压混凝土强度相较全粉煤灰的降低幅度,在全龄期内均低于20%,混凝土经济效益良好且强度性能较高.
Study on the Influence of Different Dosage of Stone Powder and Fly Ash on the Performance of RCC in Reservoir
Under the condition that the total amount of mineral admixture is unchanged,the difference of strength and performance of RCC with different dosage of stone powder instead of equal proportion fly ash is analyzed experimentally.The results show that the performance of RCC with stone powder replacing part of fly ash is improved,and the VC value of RCC shows a trend of decreasing in the early stage and increasing in the later stage.When the content of stone powder and fly ash is 28%+27%,the performance of RCC is the best.Under the condition that the mixture amount of fly ash and stone powder is 40%+15%,the strength properties of RCC are reduced by less than 20%compared with full fly ash in the whole age period,and the economic benefits of concrete are good and the strength properties are high.
