不同掺合料下混凝土胶砂流动性及强度差异试验研究

文中对不同掺合料下混凝土胶砂的流动性和强度差异进行研究,取钢渣粉掺量为胶凝材料质量的 0、5%、10%、15%、20%、30%和40%配制混凝土,测试混凝土性能.结果表明,掺合料选用钢渣粉、矿粉、粉煤灰时,胶砂力学性能和流动度表现出大致相当的发展趋势,其中,钢渣粉掺量在20%以下时逐渐提升,在20%~30%时逐渐下降;混凝土早期强度在 10%时,能够达到近似对照组混凝土的水平,而龄期为28d时,钢渣粉掺量在20%及以下时具有良好的强度性能,提高掺量则会导致强度下降,故推荐采用10%~15%为钢渣粉掺量配制钢渣混凝土.
Experimental Study on the Difference of Flow and Strength of Concrete Mortarunder Different Admixtures
In this paper,the fluidity difference and strength difference of concrete mortar under different admixtures were studied.The mixing amount of steel slag powder was 0,5%,10%,15%,20%,30%and 40%of the mass of cementing material to prepare concrete,and the difference of concrete performance was tested.The results show that when steel slag powder,mineral powder and fly ash are selected as the ad-mixture,the mechanical properties and fluidity of cement sand show a similar development trend,in which the steel slag powder content increa-ses gradually when it is below 20%,and decreases gradually when it is from 20%to 30%.When the early strength of concrete is 10%,it can reach the level of the control group,and when the age is 28 days,the steel slag powder content is 20%or less,and the strength will decrease when the content is increased.It is recommended that 10%~15%of steel slag powder be used to prepare steel slag concrete.
