掺钢渣再生沥青混合料路用性能研究

为探究钢渣再生沥青混合料路用性能,保障公路沥青路面养护质量,延长道路服役年限,文中采用钢渣作为粗集料制备沥青混合料,通过试验对不同再生沥青掺量下钢渣沥青混合料路用性能实施综合评定.研究表明,与常规SMA-13 相比,钢渣再生SMA-13高温性能更加优良,动稳定度增加幅度为24.0%~32.0%,车辙深度减小 0.02~0.04 mm;再生沥青用量越大,混合料高温稳定性越好,低温及水稳性能降低,抗滑性能基本不变.
Study on Pavement Performance of Recycled Asphalt Mixture Mixed with Steel Slag
In order to explore the road performance of steel slag recycled asphalt mixture,ensure the maintenance quality of highway asphalt pavement and extend the service life of road,this paper uses steel slag as a coarse aggregate to prepare asphalt mixture,and comprehensively evaluates the road performance of steel slag asphalt mixture under different recycled asphalt content through experiments.The results show that compared with conventional SMA-13,the steel slag regeneration SMA-13 has better high temperature performance,its dynamic stability in-creases by 24.0%~32.0%,and rut depth decreases by0.02~0.04 mm.And the higher the amount of recycled asphalt,the better the high temperature stability of the mixture,the lower the low temperature and water stability,and the anti-skid performance is basically unchanged.
