Influence of Grouting Condition on Unloading Mechanical Behavior of Bored Pile
This article analyzes the mechanical behavior and grouting mode transition of the unloading grouting sand concrete interface under different grouting conditions. The results of the direct shear test show that under the same grouting amount, with the increase of grouting pres-sure,the interface bonding force first increases and then decreases. At lower grouting pressure, the grouting cement mainly improves the me-chanical properties of the sand concrete interface by increasing the interface bonding force. At higher grouting pressure, the grouting cement improves the shear performance of the interface by increasing the interface bonding force and friction angle.Revealed the diffusion process of compacted grouting and fractured grouting, especially the transformation of grouting mode mainly influenced by grouting pressure and grouting volume.
