基于有限元的变截面壳体结构力学性能研究

壳体结构具有轻薄、高强和跨越能力强等特点,但截面不均匀会影响其应力分布和力学性能.文中基于有限元软件,分析结构模态、应力和应变分布、明确结构薄弱位置并提出加强措施.结果表明,变截面壳体结构三个方向最大位移分别为0.034 2、0.033 8、0.035 2 mm;最大等效应力106 MPa出现在结构外边缘;壳体结构最大剪力和弯矩分别为498.98 N和142.32 N·m,发生在顶部和边缘之间1/2 位置;结构最不利位置为壳体顶部和靠近支座区域,可采用加厚加肋或者增加支座数量等处理措施.
Study on Mechanical Properties of Variable Cross-section Shell Structure Based on Finite Element
Shell structure has the characteristics of light and thin,high strength and strong spanning ability,but the cross-section inhomogeneity will affect its stress distribution and mechanical properties.This paper is based on finite element software to analyse the structural modes,stress and strain distribution,clarify the weak position of the structure and propose strengthening measures.The results show that:the maximum dis-placements in three directions of the variable cross-section shell structure are 0.034 2,0.033 8 and 0.035 2 mm;the maximum equivalent stress of 106 MPa occurs at the outer edge of the structure;the maximum shear force and bending moment of the shell structure are 498.98 N and142.32 N·m,which occurs in the 1/2 position between the top and the edge;the most unfavourable position of the structure is the top and near the support area of the shell;and the most unfavourable position is the top and near the support area of the shell;the most unfavour-able position is the top and near the support area of the structure.The most unfavourable position of the structure is the top of the shell and near the support area,which can be adopted by measures such as thickening and ribbing or increasing the number of supports.
