Application of Super High Toughness Resin Concrete in Bridge Reinforcement Construction
This paper takes a bridge project as an example,evaluates the mechanical characteristics of the bridge project by using the actual measurement technology,deeply explores the application of super high toughness resin concrete in bridge reinforcement construction,and eval-uates the construction effect.The practice shows that the optimum mixture ratio of polyether,polyisocyanate and fly ash of super high toughness resin concrete is 1∶1∶3.8;After the reinforcement,the flexural capacity of the main beam and of the composite structure of the bridge pro-ject increased by 26.6%,respectively,compared with that before the reinforcement.After the reinforcement,the deflection of the main beam position decreased by 13.5%,which confirmed that the reinforcement scheme in the project has a significant improvement effect on the service performance of the bridge.
