摘要
喷射混凝土是隧道支护体系的重要组成部分,湿喷混凝土具有施工灵活、粉尘少、强度增长快、黏结力强等特点.文中结合具体施工案例,分析影响混凝土回弹量的因素,并提出降低喷射混凝土回弹率的相关措施,以期降低隧道初支成本,提高支护施工效果.
Abstract
shotcrete is an important part of the tunnel support system,wet shotcrete construction flexible and simple,with less dust,strength growth,strong bond,this paper combined with the construction site,put forward and analyze the size of the impact factors of rebound,accord-ingly put forward measures to reduce the rate of shotcrete rebound,reduce the beginning of tunnel cost,improve the effect of supporting con-struction.
