软土地区高层建筑深基坑支护工程变形监测分析

文中依托某高层建筑施工案例,对基坑围护结构、周边土体及构筑物进行变形监测.结果表明,随着基坑开挖深度的不断增加,围护结构顶部竖向位移先增加后降低,围护结构顶部水平位移先增加后趋于平稳,基坑周边路面沉降先缓慢增加后快速增加,锚索应力呈现先增加、后趋于平稳、再降低、再趋于稳定,管线沉降量不断增加.各个监测点最大的路面沉降量分别为 260、220、180 mm,各个监测点处最大的管线累计沉降量分别为580、350、120 mm,远超预警值,宜采用设置搭板、加强排水及注浆加固等方法强化周边道路及管线附近的土体,以减少沉降.
Deformation Monitoring and Analysis of High Rise Building Deep Foundation Pit Support Engineering in Soft Soil Area
Based on the construction practice of a high-rise building,the deformation monitoring of foundation pit envelope,surrounding soil and structures is carried out.The results show that with the continuous increase of excavation depth,the vertical displacement at the top of the envelope structure first increases and then decreases,the horizontal displacement at the top of the envelope structure first increases and then gradually becomes stable,the settlement of the road surface around the foundation pit first slowly increases and then rapidly increases,the stress of the anchor cable increases first and then becomes stable and then decreases and then becomes stable,and the settlement of the pipe-line keeps increasing.The maximum road settlement at each monitoring point is 260,220,180 mm,and the maximum cumulative settlement of pipelines at each monitoring point is 580,350,120 mm,far exceeding the warning value.The soil near the surrounding roads and pipelines should be strengthened by installing lapping,strengthening drainage and grouting to reduce settlement.
