工业建筑中承插型盘扣式支架高支撑体系的建立与效果检验

摘要
承插型盘扣式支架技术是近年来发展迅速并被推广应用于各种建筑工程施工作业中的一种新型支架技术.其技术优势明显,主要包括支架材质质量强度高、施工工艺简单快捷、工程性价比高这三个方面.文中以某大黄鱼产业园(A2 地块)项目1#厂房1-3层高跨度高大模板支撑体系施工建设为对象,结合工程项目承插型盘扣式支架在搭建高大模板支撑体系中的具体应用和效果检验结果,展开研究,以期为类似工程提供参考.
Abstract
The plate bracket technology is a new support technology developed in recent years and rapidly applied in various construction pro-jects.Its technical advantages are obvious,mainly including the support material quality strength,simple and fast construction technology,high cost performance of these three aspects.In this paper,a big yellow croaker industrial park(A2 plot)project 1#workshop 1~3 height span tall template support system construction as the object,combined with the project in the concrete application of tall template support sys-tem engineering and the test results to carry on research,hoped to provide some reference for similar projects.
