山区陡坡桥梁桩基础施工技术探究

为提升山区陡坡桥梁桩基础的施工质量,文中以某山区桥梁工程项目为例,对山区陡坡桥梁桩基础的施工技术进行了详细分析,并对施工效果及社会经济效益进行评估.结果表明,工后桩身混凝土的轴心抗压强度为36.8 kPa,桩身的波速在3 500~4 650 m/s,桩身的完整性良好;桩身承载力达到18 000 kN,桩身的最大沉降量为21.3 mm,均未超过设计要求中的预警值,满足JTG 3363-2019《公路桥涵地基与基础设计规范》中的要求,施工效果良好,具有显著的社会、经济、环境效益.
Research on Pile Foundation Construction Technology of Steep Slope Bridge in Mountain Area
In order to improve the construction quality of steep slope bridge pile foundation in mountainous areas,this paper takes a mountain bridge project as an example,analyzes the construction technology of steep slope bridge pile foundation in mountainous areas in detail,and e-valuates the construction effect and social and economic benefits.The results show that the axial compressive strength of pile concrete is 36.8kPa,the wave velocity of pile is3 500~4 650 m/s,and the integrity of pile body is good.The bearing capacity of pile body reaches18,000 kN,and the maximum settlement of pile body is 21.3mm,both of which do not exceed the warning value in the design requirements,and meet the requirements in JTG 3363-2019 Code for Design of Foundation and Foundation of Highway Bridges and Culverts.The construction effect is good and has significant social,economic and environmental benefits.
