为研究不同的基质沥青对微表处用改性乳化沥青以及微表处混合料性能的影响,文中选用4 种不同品牌的70 号沥青制备了SBR改性乳化沥青,并对改性乳化沥青以及其制备的微表处混合料的综合性能进行了对比分析.结果表明,基质沥青种类对改性乳化沥青以及微表处混合料的性能均有较大影响,但基质沥青的常规性能与乳化沥青的乳液稳定性以及残留物性能之间并无明显的相关关系;4 种基质沥青中,微表处混合料拌和施工性能最好的为中海沥青,最差的为金陵沥青,而综合路用性能相对较好的为中海和壳牌沥青,相对较差的为金陵和镇海沥青,在实际施工过程中,改性乳化沥青采用的基质沥青经过配合比设计验证后,不应随意替换基质沥青的品牌及种类.
Study on the Influence of Matrix Asphalt on Microsurface Properties
In order to study the effects of different matrix asphalt on the performance of modified emulsified asphalt and micro surface mixture,four different brands of 70#asphalt were selected to prepare SBR modified emulsified asphalt,and the comprehensive performance of modified emulsified asphalt and the prepared micro surface mixture was compared and analyzed.The results show that the type of base asphalt has a great impact on the performance of modified emulsified asphalt and micro surfacing mixture,but there is no obvious correlation between the conventional performance of base asphalt and the storage stability and residue performance of emulsified asphalt.Among the four types of matrix asphalt,Zhonghai Asphalt has the best mixing and Construction performance for the micro surface mixture,Jinling Asphalt has the worst per-formance,while Zhonghai and Shell Asphalt have relatively good comprehensive road performance,and Jinling and Zhenhai Asphalt have rela-tively poor performance.In the actual construction process,when the modified emulsified asphalt has determined by the mix design procedure,the matrix asphalt used in the modified emulsified asphalt should not be arbitrarily replaced by the brand and type.
