Research on Seismic Performance of Fabricated Steel Structure Joints
This paper takes a high-rise office building project in coastal area as an example to carry out seismic design of prefabricated steel structure with different connection modes, and carry out seismic performance test of four different connection nodes under different loads such as tensile, torsion and shear. The results show that the bolted connection performs best under tensile load, with an average load capacity of 120 kN,while the welded connection and bolted connection have a better average load capacity under shear load, with 70 kN and 80 kN respective-ly.According to the data analysis, the preliminary inference is that the bolted connection method may have high applicability in the project.
