文中以某体育馆为例,阐述了钢管混凝土叠合柱及梁柱节点处的施工技术并验证其施工效果.通过对施工后的叠合柱、梁柱以及节点处进行检测并与设计规范进行对比,结果显示,各个施工环节的变形及性能指标均满足设计要求,且改良后的焊接工艺缩短了施工周期,节约了施工成本,确保了施工质量.本工程采用的钢管混凝土叠合柱及梁柱节点施工技术具有较高的推广应用价值.
Analysis on Construction Technology of Concrete Filled Steel Tube Composite Column and Beam-column Joint
Taking a gymnasium as an example,this paper introduces the construction technology control of concrete filled steel tubular compos-ite columns and beam-column joints in detail and verifies its construction effect.Through the detection of composite columns,beams and joints after construction and the comparative analysis with the design requirements,it is known that the deformation and performance indexes of each construction link meet the design requirements.In addition,the improved welding process shortens the construction period,saves the econom-ic cost and ensures the construction quality and safety.The construction technology of concrete filled steel tubular composite columns and beam-column joints adopted in this project has high popularization and application value.
