摘要
文中对预制装配式建筑与现浇建筑两种结构性能和造价进行分析.结果表明,预制装配式建筑的结构强度、抗震性能等结构性均优于现浇建筑的结构性能,预制装配式建筑的施工成本高于现浇建筑,但在使用成本方面优于现浇建筑.
Abstract
This paper mainly studies the structural performance and economic cost of prefabricated buildings and cast-in-place buildings.The research shows that the structural performance of prefabricated buildings,such as structural strength and seismic performance,is better than that of cast-in-place buildings in terms of structure.In terms of economic cost,the construction cost of prefabricated buildings is higher than that of cast-in-place buildings,but the use cost is better than that of cast-in-place buildings.
