双堡特大桥不同索力计算方法对比分析

双堡特大桥为渝湘高速公路控制性工程,该桥采用缆索吊运斜拉扣挂施工的双跨上承式连续钢管混凝土拱桥.拱肋跨径大、节段数多、吊装重量大,线形控制难度大.为确保施工质量和安全,文中分别采用零弯矩法、优化法和零位移法计算施工中的索力和线形,并对比分析各计算方法的计算效果.结果表明,优化法和零位移法计算的索力能同时满足拱圈竖向线形、应力的要求,零位移法计算效率更高,其计算结果可作为计算拱圈索力的简易方法;较其他两种方法,零弯矩法计算配索数量较多,且施工线形也较差.
Comparative Analysis of Different Cable Force Calculation Methods for Shuangbao Bridge
Shuangbao Bridge is the controlling project of Chongqing-Xiangshan Expressway,which is a double-span top-bearing continuous steel-tube-concrete arch bridge constructed by cable-stayed cable-stayed cable-stayed buckling construction.The arch rib span is large,the number of sections is many,the lifting weight is large,and the line control is difficult.In order to ensure the construction quality and safety,the zero moment method,optimization method and zero displacement method are used to calculate the cable force and line shape during con-struction,and the calculation effect of each calculation method is compared and analyzed.Calculation results show that:the optimization meth-od and zero displacement method can simultaneously meet the requirements of the vertical line and stress of the arch ring,and the zero dis-placement method is more efficient,and its results can be used as a simple method for calculating the cable force of the arch ring.Compared with the other two methods,the zero-moment method calculates a larger number of cables,and the construction line shape is also poorer.
